DEVLog - January
Happy new year! 2026 started with a massive boost of energy. A big part of that comes from a tool that changed the way I work: Claude Code. Having AI in my terminal has been a game changer, and the results speak for themselves.
Supercharged by Claude Code
The year kicked off strong. Claude Code gave me the ability to improve ideas, refactor entire codebases, and prototype at a speed I didn’t think was possible. Most of my existing projects went through a deep internal review and received meaningful enhancements thanks to this workflow.
I’ve been using it for everything: writing code, reviewing architectures, debugging tricky issues, and even drafting content. It’s the kind of tool that makes you wonder how you worked without it.
IMG Processing v2
IMG Processing is my API for integrating image processing, analysis, and editing into applications. This month I started a full rework for v2 with significant improvements across the board.
The changes go beyond surface-level updates. I’m rethinking how the API handles requests, improving response times, and adding new endpoints. More details coming soon.

PrivacyPolicyReview
PrivacyPolicyReview is a tool that automates the process of reviewing privacy policies by attorneys. It had a great month of progress. So much so that I’m expecting to release it by February.
The AI-assisted review cycle I’ve been running helped me move through features faster than expected. If everything goes well, this will be my first release of the year.

Nearly 10 New Prototypes
It’s not just existing projects that got the AI treatment. I’ve been prototyping at a pace I never thought possible. Almost 10 new projects in a single month. The range is wide: a list app for the food market, simulator engines, new ways to store and process notes, and more. Each one started as a quick idea and turned into a working prototype in record time. Not all of them will become products, but the ones that survive will show up in future DEVLogs.
WhatsApp/Instagram Chatbot for Businesses
The project I’m most excited about is a brand new chatbot for WhatsApp and Instagram. The idea is straightforward: small and medium businesses can have a fully configurable chatbot up and running in just 2 minutes. No technical skills needed, no complex setup. Just configure and go.
Xaters
Set up your AI receptionist in minutes. Answer customers, book appointments, and never miss a message on WhatsApp and Instagram.
Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to launch it yet. My business verification process on Meta has been a frustrating blocker. The product is ready and waiting. As soon as the verification goes through, this one is going live.
Looking Ahead
January set the tone for what I expect to be a great year. Here’s what’s coming:
- PrivacyPolicyReview: Likely shipping in February.
- IMG Processing v2: Continuing the rework with new endpoints and better performance.
- WhatsApp/Instagram Chatbot: Waiting on Meta verification, then launching immediately.
- Prototypes: Evaluating which ones deserve to become full products.
Let’s Build
That covers January. It was a month of building, prototyping, and pushing things forward. Thank you for reading and following along. Check out any of the projects above and let me know what you think.
Let’s keep building!
